  • Biography

    Andy Duggan


    Original and unique paintings in a variety of media, inspired by my love of active outdoor sports and my appreciation of nature. Born in 1966 in the Penny Lane area of Liverpool, I loved art from an early age. Aspiring to become a commercial artist in my teenage years, winning my first Art competion at 14 ,I have enjoyed painting and drawing all my life.

    Most pieces take on average 40 to 80 hours from start to finish. I plan the painting to have as much atmosphere as possible. I am delighted and honoured that a growing number of my customers are now worldwide. Recent orders have been from Australia, Dubai and Scotland, as well as England.

    The paintings are of course totally unique. I find inspiration from animals, nature, colour, wildlife and the freedom of the human spirit, love, and a belief that everyone matters.

     I have a courier at my studio each week, so I can ensure your painting is sent out swiftly. Feel free to contact me through artfinder if you have any questions, or would like to purchase a commission painting.

    I was very honored to be placed third, out of one hundred and ten paintings in this years Bolton Art Circle Biennial Exhibition. This was my first year of entering the exhibition and three of my paintings were on display.
