WuiRa Art creates original mixed-media paintings defined by texture, relief and a strong physical presence. Her work explores transformation, memory, inner strength and the tension between fragility and resilience.

Each piece is built by hand through successive layers of acrylic paint, plaster, gesso, resin, metallic pigments and other materials, allowing the surface itself to become part of the visual language. Fractures, traces, erosion, movement and contrasts between darkness and light recur throughout her work.

Living near Montserrat, its landscape, stone and changing light form part of her visual world and often influence the textures and material character of her paintings.

Rather than seeking perfect surfaces, WuiRa embraces irregularity and the marks created during the process. Every artwork develops individually and remains unique, with no reproductions. The result is a body of contemporary abstract work that combines material intensity with an emotional and unmistakably tactile presence.
