Artworks by Katherine Spiller

Katherine is a Queensland based artist who studied Fine Arts and Art History at Elam School of Fine Arts and Auckland University and Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London. Following this Katherine managed art galleries in the UK and New Zealand, before moving to Sydney where she worked for Sculpture by the Sea in Sydney and Perth.

Katherine’s work is held in collections in Australia, USA, UK, Japan, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Canada and New Zealand.

Katherine’s works explore the play of colour as she builds layers of marks to create depth and movement, and is particularly drawn to creating romantic floral works.
