I create art as a way to explore identity, freedom, choice, emotion, and the search for balance within chaos. My practice moves between abstraction, figuration, surrealism, and expressive contemporary painting, guided by intuition, color, and personal experience. Recurring robot figures have become an important part of my visual language, allowing me to explore ideas of programming versus freedom, vulnerability, individuality, and the ways we choose who we become. As a Ukrainian-born artist based in New York City, themes of displacement, femininity, spirituality, war, hope, and belonging also enter my work naturally. I want to sell on Artfinder because I value the opportunity to connect my original paintings with collectors who are actively looking for contemporary art and who may develop a long-term relationship with my work.
