I am a self-taught painter from South-West England. I paint realistic landscapes and seascapes in acrylics that try to capture the varied beauty of the natural world. I particularly enjoy working from photographs taken during my travels or those of friends. This also adds a personal dimension to my art as it serves as a sort of snapshot of a memory of a particular time or place.
