Born in 1970 in Mexico City to a family of Spanish heritage, the artist moved to Spain in the mid-1980s, where his vocation took root. He trained in Madrid and began studies at the Complutense University’s Faculty of Fine Arts before pursuing theoretical studies in England at Sotheby’s Institute of Art and several London art colleges.

After working in prominent London galleries and exploring installations and ephemeral art in Barcelona, he experienced a deep creative crisis and impostor syndrome. A return to Mexico brought a pivotal interview with the legendary artist Leonora Carrington, which remains unpublished in Mexican cultural archives.

The dot-com boom led him into a successful digital design career with major brands. Following the bubble burst, he returned to fine art through intensive study of Art History, focusing on European painting.

After years of reflection, he has rediscovered a clear and authentic voice, now creating and exhibiting his personal body of work with renewed confidence.
