My work begins in stillness—a deliberate slowing down that allows memory, texture, and mark-making to surface. I create layered compositions shaped by the landscapes around me, lived experience, and the quiet, often overlooked moments of daily life. I'm drawn to the beauty of imperfection—the way weathered surfaces, shifting light, and organic patterns quietly mark the passage of time. In my process, I make space for both chaos and control: delicate washes meet bold marks, muted tones sit beside flashes of saturated color.
