Painting and printmaking allow me to explore atmosphere, memory and the traces we leave behind. I am drawn to soft layers, quiet tension and the space between abstraction and something almost recognisable. My background in graphic design influences my sense of composition, while making art gives me room for intuition, imperfection and material surprise. I want to sell through Artfinder because I value its focus on original art and independent artists. I would like my work to reach collectors beyond Finland and find homes where it creates a personal connection. For me, a work begins a new life when it leaves the studio and becomes part of someone else’s everyday surroundings.
