Oana Baković is a contemporary fine art photographer working with wild flora, overlooked places, and the unexpected beauty of nature.
Born in Constanța, Romania, with Croatian roots, she spent nearly a decade in the UK before settling in Slovenia. Her practice explores fragile habitats, natural movement, and our connection with the living world.
Working with colour, handheld flash, ambient light, motion, and close observation, she creates immersive images where familiar natural subjects become strange, emotional, and alive.
