In my opinion, yes. The inner strength of a person is much stronger than we think. History describes a huge number of cases when a person did incredible things. That which contradicts the physical laws of being. Something that shouldn't have happened under any circumstances. But all the same it happens. Only through faith in yourself and your inner strength.
Go for it, believe in yourself. You can do everything.
