This print captures a joyful memory from my own wedding day, when we hired a classic Routemaster bus to transport our guests. In a moment of pure exhilaration, I leaned off the open platform, waving my bouquet at the traffic gridlocked on the Wandsworth one-way system. There was always something liberating about riding on the back of a Routemaster, with the freedom to hop on and off, but it felt especially magical that day. When tasked with creating a print to celebrate London, this iconic, personal moment was the natural choice.
