Great Minds Think Alike (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Samantha Malone

“Great Minds Think Alike” was inspired by the different head combinations that recur throughout my abstract figures. Although every head is different, they share the same visual language and come together as a playful collection of personalities. Bold, rhythmic and full of character, this work explores repetition, individuality and the many ways a single idea can take shape.

Deep blue, olive green, mustard, cream and earthy brown are brought to life by vivid deep orange accents and strong black outlines. Expressive brushwork and subtle surface texture soften the geometric structure and preserve the personal character of the painting.

Medium: Acrylic paint on gallery grade canvas.

The artwork was painted on un-stretched Italian cotton canvas, with a 6cm border left for stretching onto a canvas frame. This artwork is shipped rolled in a tube for safe international delivery and can be affordably stretched at your local framing store.
