Strelitzia. Bird of Paradise. (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Artem Andreichuk
140 x 90 x 2cm (unframed)
£2,130.13
Original artwork description
"Strelitzia. Bird of Paradise." explores a flower I recently discovered and fell in love with for its striking architecture and color. Started from life and finished from memory, the painting focuses on the tension between graphic lines and intense pigments.
The studio session was backed by The Beatles and Paul McCartney’s solo records (Flowers in the Dirt, Tug of War, Flaming Pie). Their rhythmic songwriting guided the movement on canvas. Flaming orange petals burst from dense, dark foliage, set against an open horizon with my signature solitary house—creating a bold, clean, and balanced botanical study.
