Beynac-et-Cazenac does not try to impress—it simply lives its quiet, centuries-old life.
I wanted to capture the warmth of its ancient stone houses, filled with sunlight and history.
The tall cypress became, to me, the silent guardian of this narrow street.
I kept every brushstroke alive so the painting would breathe with light and air.
What drew me was not its grandeur, but the genuine charm of this place.
Here, time seems to slow down, allowing the eye to notice details that are so often overlooked.
I painted not only the architecture, but also the spirit of this historic French village.
I hope the viewer feels the desire to walk down this little street and, for a moment, become a part of Beynac-et-Cazenac.
