This original oil painting draws light from restrained grounds, allowing luminosity to emerge through layered, expressive palette knife marks. Pink and lavender clouds build across a wide blue sky, converging around a luminous white solar disc at the horizon. A thin crimson line marks the boundary between sky and water, while the lower half opens into a luminous, fragmented reflection — white, yellow, coral, and red shifting across a pale surface.

Rather than depicting a specific location, the painting explores landscape as a space shaped by light, weather, and time. Rich textures reveal new details with sustained observation.
