Autumn Grasses (2026) Original Oil Painting by Nikifor Swiristuhin

I painted “Autumn Grasses,” inspired by the beauty of autumn nature and the richness of its colors. On the canvas, I depicted a vibrant blend of red, yellow, green, and blue hues. The thick brushstrokes convey the living breath of nature and the rustling of grasses in the autumn wind. The dark silhouettes of the trees contrast with the soft, bright sky. I wanted to show how autumn transforms an ordinary garden into an amazing world of colors and emotions. With every brushstroke, I tried to express my feelings and my love for the world around me. This painting reminds me of how beautiful nature can be in the season of fading. I hope the viewer will feel the warmth, harmony, and quiet melancholy of autumn days.
