After taking a break from painting to work on large-scale community art projects artist Mathew has gone back to studio painting. Because the old dance series previously went well he will continue to add dance images to his site. This one is painted in three layers of oil paint. The use of Prussian blue and white plays with how a contemporary dance performance looks on stage.
