Estuary and woodland
I have found,
The haven of trees,
From Tresillian to St Clements.
Words and thoughts of my past experiences in South Cornwall.
It was like entering an enchanted place, you felt so much energy there and it was fascinating to see the estuary at low level then fill up gradually with water. The colours were muted and natural that day and I said to my husband as we sat down on a bench, what a wonderful place we have found.
I used my observation of this area in a wet in wet technique and dragging technique expressively, with a large Chinese brush and four colours in the Holbein Japanese range on cold pressed acid free Bockingford tinted.
