Sudden Flower Dance is an Abstract Layered Painting on stretched canvas. It is sold ready to hang. This is a one of a kind artwork created by me, Josephine Window - bright, energetic, spontaneous, fluid, colourful, joyful. I love to paint quickly to music using beautiful colours and dynamic lines. The life model acts as a catalyst for my creative expression. I am not so interested in painting a likeness of the model or body. Here the vitality and beauty of plants and flowers, especially orchids, have captured my imagination and resulted in a series of seven artworks.

This painting was also inspired by the dynamism, vitality and grace of the Chilean traveller Catalina, who was our life model at a Friday morning Dynamic Drawing session, Byron Bay, Australia.
