🎭 SQUIRREL II. – PULSE OF THE FOREST 🐿️

🔶 MY VISION:
With this sculpture, I wanted to freeze a moment of pure kinetic movement, translating the sudden, explosive leap of woodland wildlife into a striking vertical silhouette.
The artwork captures the squirrel mid-bound, its body stretched low to the ground while its extraordinary tail shoots straight up like a sharp, wind-swept sail.
The entire anatomy is synthesized into elongated, kubistic planes where the forward tilt of the head and the dramatic rise of the tail form a calculated architectural balance of mass and open space.
Through this radical simplification and a multi-layered bronze patina, I aimed to evoke a sense of defiance against gravity, agile momentum, and wild freedom above its solid bronze base.
