"Neon Pulsation" explores the human soul in the context of modernity. In this piece, I aimed to capture not only the external appearance but also the internal rhythm, its place in the flow of time, and the urban pulsation.
Each brushstroke is a contextual symphony, expressing the complexity of the human persona, where emotions, dreams, and self-expression all converge on the canvas. With this painting, I invite the viewer to reflect on time, culture, and their own life, becoming a resonating question amid the boundless urban commotion.
Exhibition History
Presented in my solo exhibition Noise of the Streets at the Dnipro Art Museum, Ukraine.
During the exhibition, a russian missile strike hit a neighbouring building directly beside the museum. The blast damaged the museum and shattered its windows and protective coverings. Remarkably, none of the artworks in the exhibition were damaged or displaced — they remained exactly as they had been installed.
After the museum was restored, the exhibition continued and was extended.
Two works from the exhibition were later acquired for the permanent collection of the Dnipro Art Museum.
This event has become a unique part of the history of Noise of the Streets series and of the works presented in the exhibition.
