This is the fourth cast of five, each cast is treated and finished differently. All sculptures have a different patina and base which ultimately forms an integral part of the HERCYN sculpture.
Hercyn IV sculpture was made of brass and black Swedish granite. I am still looking for a suitable structure, surface for color, matte rough granite? appropriate separation of the field for the color ... I want to combine cold colors on the sculpture and pedestal to emphasize the character of the sculpture...
