I painted her in white on natural linen. The clear gesso keeps the warmth of the weave showing through, so the canvas becomes part of her. Skin and linen feel like they belong together - natural ground, natural form.

She's a companion piece to Lila. Same linen, same white paint, completely different energy. Together they feel like two sides of a woman I know well.
