Original artwork description
In Deep Down, a narrow white beam descends from a small rectangular opening toward an upturned face near the lower edge. Red and charcoal layers surround the light, while dark vertical drips interrupt a turquoise lower field. The contrast draws the eye between illumination and concealment. The face appears to emerge through the painted surface, suggesting a moment when an inner presence becomes visible under the weight of memory and silence.
Original, one-of-a-kind mixed-media artwork on Artistico cotton paper. Full sheet size: 22 × 30 inches (55.9 × 76.2 cm), including an approximately 1-inch unpainted border. Sold unframed; framing is required for display.
