The fresh green pastures,
Of the Charlton valley,
Where the ancient pathway lies,
Fluffy white dandelion clocks appear,
After the vivid yellow flowers,
A scattering of wild spring flowers,
In the beautiful month of May.

I used a wet in wet technique in Holbein Watercolour paints, using a large pointed sable haired brush and a flat hogs hair varnish brush .I dashed the paint on spontaneously, with excitement.I was like a child and then composed as an adult again for the gradual blending of weaving in many colours that I mixed, using a four colour technique.
