This piece is part of a special collection curated by Saatchi Art, where 154 artists were carefully selected from among hundreds of thousands of Saatchi participants. The premise of the collection was to reinterpret a Van Gogh portrait, incorporating each artist's distinctive style.

The process behind this work is unique within Tirigall's technique, as for these projects, the artist experimented with digital collage techniques. After printing these compositions on canvas, Tirigall further enhanced the pieces with mixed techniques, using acrylics, eco-friendly enamels, spray paint, oil pastels, and oil sticks. This approach not only highlights Tirigall's innovation and adaptability as an artist but also emphasizes his commitment to experimentation and exploring new territories in artistic expression.
