Catharsis is based on the feeling of being trapped by your own head and just needing an escape. The two figures are actually the same person, showing the internal struggle between staying tightly controlled and wanting to break completely free. The blocky, colorful background represents all the rigid rules, expectations, and boxes we force ourselves into every day. The inspiration came from a moment of total burnout—where the only way to get past the stress was to stop overthinking, let go of control, and physically shake it off. It’s about that messy, honest moment where you finally stop holding it all together and just let yourself feel everything at once.
