All my life I have wanted to be a mother. The opportunity has never come. It was not meant to be the road I would walk. It has taken me a long time to come to terms with that. Even to this day it is hard. I don't understand why and probably never will. To bring forth life from your body is a gift. To those who have done so, cherish that journey. To those like me, who long to but never will be able to, don't loose heart. Our purpose is founded in other things and is just as special. This piece is to express the gift of being women and to those who have brought forth life. Those who realize how special of a gift that is.
