The inspiration for this painting came from reading '1Q84' by one of his favorite authors, Huruki Murikami. The female in the foreground is loosely based on the main character Aomame which in Japanese loosely translates to 'little pea'. This painting is Gallery Wrapped (image is painted on the edges)
