Artist's description:

Oil on plywood 46.5 x 35 cm. Mirror images fascinate me - they provide a literal idiosyncratic reflection - the same but completely OPPOSITE, never the same twice. Viewer viewing someone who, in this case, is also viewing herself, setting up all sorts of parallels and conflicts. This painting is featured in an article about agent Celia Purcell in the London SW5 Notebook.

Materials used:

Spectrum oil paint, knives, paste medium, recycled support, plywood

Anna in the mirror (2008)
