All the While, Life (2026) Original Oil Painting by Anahita Amouzegar

“All the While, Life” by Anahita Amouzegar

There is something beautiful about finding ourselves around a table, in the middle of an ordinary day, with nowhere particularly important to be. Conversations overlap, hands reach for glasses, someone catches another’s eye, while someone else drifts into their own thoughts.

I wanted to capture that feeling of being together without needing the moment to be anything more than it is. The little rituals of sharing food, raising a glass and occupying the same space can hold a kind of richness that often goes unnoticed.
