My passion for Art started early in Secondary school and sparked a desire to study and apply for College and then University to complete a (BA) Hons in Fine Art. My earliest memories as a young child of the huge oil paintings in Cardiff Museum also stayed with me and subconsciously ignited a love for oil painting that I have chased since my teens. That something that is satisfied in the recreating of a scene in oils, its textures, feeling and tones has a strong pull. I find myself drawn to the process and execution of the piece, getting lost in its puzzle and completion.
