Evgenija Koch is a contemporary abstract painter based in Hannover, Germany, born in Saint Petersburg.

Her practice is defined by a singular technique: no brushstroke remains visible, no tool leaves a trace. Heavily diluted pigments are poured directly onto large-format canvases, building transparent layer upon layer until genuine physical depth emerges — a method rooted in old European glazing traditions, entirely contemporary in its result.

Since 2013, Koch has exhibited internationally — SwissArtExpo Zürich, Art Basel Miami, Venice, Dubai, Athens and Amsterdam. Her works are held in five corporate collections including Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg, Ingenico, BVR and Endress+Hauser.
