Flowers are, to me, one of nature’s highest forms of art. Their diversity of colour, texture and shape embodies life, energy, beauty and love. In a world increasingly dominated by neutral tones and visual uniformity, flowers remind us of the richness, depth and value of being alive.
My practice explores how photography can move beyond direct representation while remaining unmistakably photographic. I work with glass, water, reflections, blur and optical distortion as a painter might work with brushes and pigment. These elements soften the literal precision of the camera and allow the flower to become an emotional, sometimes dreamlike image.
I want my photographs to offer the viewer a moment of visual and emotional renewal — a pause from routine and a return to colour, energy and sensitivity. I would like to sell on Artfinder because the platform supports independent artists and connects distinctive, professionally produced artworks with collectors around the world. I believe my limited edition fine art photography would find the right context and audience there.
