Original artwork description
Acrylic on box canvas.
Zymology - the branch of chemistry concerned with fermentation (as in making wine or brewing or distilling).
This painting developed as I painted it, first with a palette knife, then with my fingers, and lastly with a fine brush for the detailed patterns, there wasn't a plan.
The finished piece reminds me of red wines and all the different flavours that suddenly ping on your taste buds, hence the title.
