Wildflower Freedom (2026) Original Oil Painting by Tanja Frost

I have always had a particular weakness for wildflowers — they seem to understand freedom rather better than most of us do. I like this little meadow very much: the warm days, the careless flowers, the blue sky, and that delightful feeling that summer ought to last forever. Perhaps that is why I painted it — so that a few of those tender, sunny days might stay with us a little longer. And now, quite reluctantly, I think it is time for this one to find someone who will love it too.
