This blue modernist abstract piece would be a great compliment to any waterside retreat.

Waves and movement are the themes of this artwork. The color blue, resulting from the cyanotype process, echoes and enhances the theme. In this piece I use the cyanotype photographic technique as a painting method. Large brushes were used to apply the photographic chemicals to watercolor paper, and the paper was cut, arranged and adhered to a 20” square cradled wood panel. The surface was varnished with a matt spay varnish for protection. This piece is wired and ready to hang.
