At the end of the wine harvest in Burgundy it is normal to celebrate and to chant the Ban Bourguignon along with its hand movements.

Here the office workers and owners of the wine domaine join the harvesters in the vineyard after the last grape bunches have been picked for refreshments and the Ban Bourguignon. Then the harvesters go around the village in vegetation decorated vans and tractors, beeping to announce and celebrate the end of the harvest.

Drawn in charcoal on Canson textured 160gsm recycled paper. Presented in acid-free mount.

This drawing is part of the Une Année au Coeur des Domaines project and residency. It has been chosen by a curator for the Healing In Art - Inspired by Nature online exhibition Sep-Oct 2026.

Very limited edition signed giclée prints also available - printed on A3 size Canson 310gsm Arches Aquarelle Rag paper with Canon pigmented inks and also presented under an acid free mount.

Please note that the photos are mostly of the print, only the photo without the mount is of the original.

The original comes with an independently registered certificate of authenticity.
The limited edition print comes with an artist generated certificate.
