Untitled VII is part of the ongoing series Quiet Matter, in which ordinary natural objects are isolated from their original context through black and white photography.

Time has reduced the bone to its essential structure, exposing the spaces within rather than the form alone. Illuminated against a field of darkness, its interior becomes as significant as its surface, revealing a quiet balance between presence and absence. Removed from any narrative, the photograph invites contemplation of material, memory and the traces left by time.

Printed as an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm, each print is produced in a limited edition of five, individually signed and numbered by the artist, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
