🎭 TOWARDS FREEDOM – IMPULSE OF RELEASE

🔶 MY VISION:
With this sculpture, I wanted to capture the ultimate psychological transition from captivity to absolute liberation, transforming a simple physical gesture into a powerful monument of hope.
The artwork depicts a stylized bird at the exact millisecond of takeoff, its wings fully unfurled as it rises from the index finger of a heavy, muscular human hand.
The composition is synthesized into bold kubistic planes where the raw, jagged texture of the feathers contrasts with the smooth, curved knuckles of the hand.
Through this radical simplification and a multi-layered patina, I aimed to freeze a sense of weightlessness, absolute trust, and breaking boundaries. It explores how a dynamic dual silhouette can project a deep sense of internal power and spiritual alignment above its solid bronze base.
