This mixed media abstract painting forms part of a series of works inspired by the tidal waters of the Dee estuary, which have then progressed to a much larger painting. It is strongly advised not to walk out across the sands unless you know exactly the time of the next high tide. It is also very important to return to dry land two hours at least before high tide. It is easy to be caught out as the tide comes in with frightening speed. Sometimes, depending weather conditions such as strong winds, tides can be much higher than expected.
This artwork has white painted sides so no need for framing and has been signed on the back and left without chord or fittings as I think it is best hung straight onto two level
