Original artwork description:

using oil paints and the night sky free of light pollution above my home, I've tried to capture my impression and feelings about our continuous transition through day into night and back again. There is no dark, as there is always light coming from somewhere in the universe around us.
Using grades of blue with pinpricks of stars and bursts of sunshine yellow, I've expressed my wish to chase away shadows. This painting is ready to hang, but can be framed in a minimalist floating frame at clients request. Inclusdes a certificate of authenticity.
