A stoic little warrior stands guard on a wooden plinth, his mask-like bronze face built from bold, angular planes, with wide ringed eyes and a stern, rectangular mouth. He holds a tall, slender spear wrapped in a copper coil and carries a round shield engraved with a radiating sun motif and a central boss. The rough, hand-modeled surface, dark green-gold patina, and primitive geometry recall ancient armor, tribal masks, and medieval legend. Cast in bronze and set on wood with a brass plate, this tabletop sculpture is both playful and powerful: a symbol of courage, protection, and quiet resolve for collectors of figurative and fantasy art.
