Original artwork description
I created Textured Walls to capture the rustic beauty and character of Mediterranean walls, inspired by their weathered surfaces, warmth and timeless charm.
I used mixed media to build layers of texture, creating the feeling of an aged wall, with a small window adding a glimpse into life beyond it. I wanted the painting to feel like a fragment of a Mediterranean village discovered while wandering through its streets.
Only three original paintings were created in this series, and I will not be making this collection again, making each piece part of a very limited and unique body of work.
