As the Resident Artist for an art materials company I'm fortunate that I get to test and play with a lot of art supplies. In testing some new colors in the yellow, red and orange range I made a series of sunset paintings to see how they perform and this was the first result. I painted in a bold and semi-abstract manner to focus on color and I was happy with how the paint performed and the finished image as well.
