From a young age, I've loved creating art. I started with watercolor landscapes and painting outdoors, but eventually moved to abstract art because it felt like the best way to express myself. Now, I'm an abstract painter who creates art through a back-and-forth between chaos and control, movement and stillness, and shape and shapelessness.

My art comes from energy and emotion, which I put onto the canvas using rollers and squeegees in unusual ways. These tools help me reach further and make bigger movements, so I can create large paintings that are more than just something to look at. They become physical expressions of rhythm, strength, and the unseen forces around us.

The clear, straight lines that often appear in my work represent unity, completeness, and endlessness. They appear naturally when I let go and allow the tools to become a part of my body. Each stroke is a deliberate expression of thought, feeling, and presence, requiring both focus and surrender. This turns painting into a thoughtful but energetic journey of self-discovery.

Inspired by the spontaneity of action painting and the calm stillness of Zen art, my process combines movement and mindfulness. By using my whole body, I allow hidden inner landscapes to emerge, revealing hidden layers of my mind and spirit. The bright colors I choose highlight the energy of nature, while dynamic textures create a dreamlike, spiritual feeling. The gradual changes in the artwork serve as visual symbols of optimism, interconnectedness, and humanity’s reliance on the natural world.

The size of my paintings encourages viewers to not only see but also to feel, immersing themselves in the vibrations of color, texture, and light. My art aims to go beyond just visuals, sparking a sense of wonder, introspection, and renewed awareness of ourselves and the universe in every observer.

In the end, my work shows the endless possibilities of human expression when body, mind, and spirit come together. It's both a personal reflection and an invitation for everyone to consider the interconnected dance of all living things, to witness the power of nature, and to experience the boundless resonance of creation.
