"Salty Embrace" brings Antonino Puliafico’s gestural approach to colour, rhythm and material gesture into an original oil painting on canvas. Measuring 110 × 110 cm and dated 2025, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.
Material presence is essential: palette knife and impasto give the work a layered surface in which gesture and colour remain clearly visible.
Because each side exceeds 100 cm, the canvas will be carefully removed from its stretcher, rolled, and shipped in a reinforced tube with specialized art couriers. This method guarantees the impasto surface arrives safe and sound; re-stretching is simple for any professional framer.
The result is a one-of-a-kind work with a strong physical presence, conceived for collectors drawn to contemporary Italian painting and expressive colour.
