Sitting beneath the shade of overhanging trees on a warm summer afternoon, I watched the River Thames with its golden shimmer in the late sunlight as a group of sailboats passed by. Sometimes images are to be preserved in your mind's eye but this time I reached for my camera as I wanted to to preserve the healing power of sunlight and water.

This is the first photograph introducing the sailboat into the frame. No.2 follows the sailboat movement to the left of the frame. The photos work beautifully as a pair or separately.

Method of Creation
