Resonance (2026) Original Mixed-media Sculpture by Reza Arab

Resonance explores rhythm, repetition, and spatial relationships through a three-panel composition.

Created with layered microcement surfaces, the work uses subtle shifts in texture, relief, and geometry to establish a visual dialogue between the individual panels. Each element functions independently while remaining connected to the larger composition, allowing the work to change as the viewer moves across it.

Light interacts with the textured surfaces throughout the day, revealing variations in depth and creating a continually shifting perception of the work.

As part of the Resonance Series, the piece reflects an ongoing exploration of material, geometry, light, and architectural space.

This work consists of three separate panels, each measuring 60 × 120 cm. The panels are designed to be installed with a recommended 5–7 cm gap between them, allowing the composition to extend across the wall while maintaining a visual dialogue between each individual panel.
