Red Horizon (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Avinash Pise

This compact 15x15 inch (38x38 cm) abstract acrylic painting on canvas, "Red Horizon," depicts a twilight sky featuring a prominent red band at the top. Vertical streaks of dark maroon and black dissect the center, providing a stark contrast to the underlying, richly textured layers of gold, turquoise, and deep blue. This composition results in a visually engaging, uneven surface that maintains its impact from a distance. The artwork lends itself to interpretations as either a landscape or a nocturnal cityscape, offering a unique viewing experience for each observer. Its modest dimensions make it an ideal addition to a desk, shelf, or hallway, while its intricate depth conveys the presence of a significantly larger work. This unique original piece is signed on the front. Commission requests for alternative sizes or color palettes are welcome.
